Phyllis Shaw has 20+ years of corporate experience in operations, customer experience, technology and product management.

She graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Computer Science.

Throughout her career, Phyllis was most passionate about helping others advance in their own careers. She recently left her corporate career and is focusing on that passion. She is a certified Career Coach.

Her hobbies are traveling, reading (especially historical fiction!) and spending time with family.
