Kerri Rohr is WFP’s Operations & Program Manager. She has over 20 years of professional human resources experience working with large Fortune 500 global organizations. She has extensive experience working with senior leadership to solve complex business problems and workforce challenges through creative HR strategic solutions.

Kerri most recently worked for IBM in New York as the Talent Leader for the GBS Americas business unit. Prior to IBM Kerri worked for Production Resource Group in New Windsor, NY as an HR Manager leading a team that was responsible for recruiting, managing the internship program, and implementing a recruiting software solution. Her last role with GE was as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Recently Kerri has decided to leave her Corporate HR Career to start her own Life & Career Coaching business, SOAR Coaching LLC. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained through The Co-active Training Institute (CTI). She has a BS in Psychology from Pace University.

She is a single mom who loves to read, cook, hike, spend time outdoors and watch her son play ice hockey.
